2. **Return Authorization:** Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your items.

3. **Shipping:** Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number inside the package. Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

### Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

### Exchanges

- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
